Does anyone know of this gym and whether it's any good?
Earlier today I had a look round (Dean Powell was there too!) and chatted to a friendly guy. Seems like a decent set up there but the membership fee ties you in for a minimum of six months which puts me off slightly.
Any thoughts would be welcome.

What do you want to get out of it?

I know the Union Jack pub round the corner is a good little pub (probably doesn't help)

Might be good if you've just taken a pasting in the gym though!Craigyid14 wrote:I know the Union Jack pub round the corner is a good little pub (probably doesn't help)

Not mad on it myself pretty expensive and some of the blokes behind the jump could be right divs. May have changed now not been in for about 2 years but used to go in a lot as work colleague liked it. I always preferred the Prince William Henry myself.Craigyid14 wrote:I know the Union Jack pub round the corner is a good little pub (probably doesn't help)

Its a great gym friendly ! deppends what your looking for when you sign up! They run a few classes a week inclussive of your membership its mainly white colar boxing there very will run nobody gets hurt they run a show every few months all evenly matched place is always sell out. Best think to do is ask the members why there members.
