I hear the only fights who had sold any tickets were Butler and Matty Fagan.

I heard only 3 tickets were sold at the box office.

Arent promoters meant to promote?

It needs opening though. Anyone can just give a load of fighters a 100 tickets each and say "sell all them or ya not fighting."

I agree fighters should have to sell tickets but there's been hardly any buzz about this show in Liverpool and that's a shame. Not one poster, hardly any press releases, and not a bleep from the promoter on his Twitter account.

Maybe instead of announcing every single fight that allegedly signs, how about Allegedly using his Twitter account connect properly with the fans. Seems to do the trick for other promoters.

So sad this show has been pulled and I know for a fact that fighters are secretly fuming.

Maybe fighters didn't want to go through all the aggro of selling tickets to a show that would likely be cancelled like every other.

How many now has light heavyweight Callum Johnson had pulled on him ? 4 or 5 ?

Last fought almost a year ago.

Didn't even know about this show and as a local i'm usually in the know what boxing is on in the city. Just shows the above about promoting is a very strong point.

The number of cancelled shows really is something else. The twat in me is praying for Cleverley or Krasniqi to get injured now

Johnson's boxing career hasn't really taken off. I believe he was tweeting last year about the lack of fights. Prospects should be busy, how many tickets in Liverpool is a lad from Boston supposed to sell?

i am not the biggest fan of Bunnys but If the show hasnt sold I can fully understand why he has pulled the show At the end of the day if people dont want to pay to watch he had no choice or else he would lose a fortune I know that the board dont recognise ticket deal contracts but unless you have a TV Deal that is the way its going to go like it or not

Dozens of shows throughout Britain with promoters with far less money than FW go ahead every week without TV publicity, without the same fighters getting let down time and again, some of the best prospects in the country too :(

I agree mate but nobody knows the state of his finances so he must have had his reasons for pulling the show perhaps he realised he was going to lose a lot of dough on the show

It must be difficult for undercard fighters to sell tickets to people who know a bit about the sport when they have TBA lined up in the other corner. If you were a Smith fan would you shell out a watch a fighter of his calibre in a six rounder against God knows who?
