According to fightnews, Michael Stewart is Sharmba Mitchell's mandatory challenger for this interim title. I never knew such a thing existed - so before people wander why can't Hatton fight Mitchell (if Hatton is forced to change opponents) then its because Mitchell is mandated to fight Stewart.
