Thanks for sharing. Not a blog or website, but I'm reading Dan John's 'Never Let Go' at the moment and it's great so far. Here's his website: http://danjohn.net/

Great call on Elliott Hulse, PP. He goes by strengthcoach on youtube. Very smart guy when it comes to fitness and overall knowledge of the body.

Also try smittydiesel, Bryce Lewis and functionalpatterns.

But the best one of all is Kelly Starrett. This guy is great for mobility, posture and overall body health. He's got a website called mobilitywod which needs to be in everyone's bookmarks. He's on youtube as well.

A lot of these other guy's take their ideas from him.

If your looking for workout ideas I suggest following Matt Ogus, physiquesofgreatness or Rob Riches (on youtube).

They also have 'normal' websites.
