Paul Chek is another guy who is very cool and knows what hes doing. Very eccentric but very interesting.

I'm looking to start going more martial arts once I get my body in the kind of condition I feel comfortable with...
For now its Tai Chi/yoga/pilates and whatnot all kind of blended and not taken serious as of yet....

I am a little wired and hyped up on tea/coffee/ upcoming workouts .... :bag: :bag: :bag: Cheers boys

Great call on Elliott Hulse, PP. He goes by strengthcoach on youtube. Very smart guy when it comes to fitness and overall knowledge of the body.

Also try smittydiesel, Bryce Lewis and functionalpatterns.

But the best one of all is Kelly Starrett. This guy is great for mobility, posture and overall body health. He's got a website called mobilitywod which needs to be in everyone's bookmarks. He's on youtube as well.

A lot of these other guy's take their ideas from him.

If your looking for workout ideas I suggest following Matt Ogus, physiquesofgreatness or Rob Riches (on youtube).
