Buying tickets from Viagogo

So, I've got tickets for the Froch/Kessler fight, had to buy at a (far!) higher price through Viagogo since they were totally sold out by the time I could try originally; my question is, is it legit to buy a ticket from someone through a service like this? I mean I know they're owned by Ticketmaster (that's not dodgy then) and are 'official' resellers for Chelsea FC but given that when you buy tickets you've the option of etickets, I just didn't want to turn up on the night and not get in.

The one thing that makes me feel more confident is that they don't pay the seller until we've been to the event, so there's not really an incentive for someone to sell the same ticket twice, as someone could in theory do on eBay with etickets.

Anyone else used them for big fights/events?

They are not owned by Ticketmaster, that's GetMeIn! I have sold loads on Viagogo and they are a very legit company. The buyer has to lodge a credit card with them and if they don't provide the tickets they will be charged the difference it costs Viagogo to source new ones.

Not if you pay via PayPal, it's easy t get your money back. Anyway, I hate ebay too. Whenever I get rid of tickets if I can't go to a gig, I always use an ethical ticket site like scarletmist.

It is very, very easy to get robbed even if you use Paypal, trust me. If the gig is sold out, you would be a fool to use an ethical site. Why not cash in? If you know what you are doing, it is very lucrative.

I don't particularly agree with it is all. I've gotten rid of a few tickets to sold out gigs through it and I like to encourage that kind of behaviour. Call me a naive idealist but I feel better for doing it.
