Subscribed earlier today, wouldn't let me re subscribe using my old pay wizard account, so had to repay the 10 pound registration fee. So paid £20, channel came on this afternoon before the free view had started now switched on and not got access. Tried ringing and lines engaged. Shocking service anyone else having same problem
