Bassa was a tough effer, didn't discourage and had a bigger one punch, but, IMO, I think Narvaez in his prime at flyweight outboxes many if not most 112-pound title holders I have seen in the past 30 years. There are some I would pick to beat him, but Bassa isn't one of them

You're probably right. Narvaez by 8-4 type decision.
