Holbaeck bang on 10st; Mitchell struggles

Sharmba Mitchell needed three attempts to make the 10st limit in Manchester today. Mitchell, who fights Michael Stewart tomorrow at the MEN Arena, eventually weighed in at just over 9st 13lbs.
Stewart came in at 9st 13 1/2lbs.
Headliner Ricky Hatton was 9st 13lbs (and five ounces), while Dennis Holbaek Pedersen was smack on 10st.
Michael Gomez weighed 9st 3 1/2lbs. Ben Odamattey, his Ghanaian opponent, was 9st 3 1/4lbs
David Barnes, British and Commonwealth champion, was bang on the 10st 7lbs welter mark. Challenger Glen McLarnon was 10st 5 1/4lbs.
