Important Aspects of fighting Style for Amateurs

How should Amateurs game plans go because from whst ive heard is they just go all out for the whole thing with no skill or anything, is this true? And if u were fighthing how would you try to win amateur fights?

The novice bouts are usually won on conditioning. They mostly go all-out because they are inexperienced. You will see more "boxing" from more experienced boxers. If I were fighting novice boxers(I'm a novice also), I would use straight shots mostly and stay on my toes to move in-and-out or side-to-side.
