Looks like a more high profile bill than the last one too. I'm sure when the show announces who is sanctioning it Boxrec will list it as per the last one.

If you don't have any short term aspirations of winning a British title then I would think these shows would be of interest to quite a few pros, including a few half decent marquee names - and if this one, and the next one in July is taking place then I guess the BBBofC have taken no action against anyone that took part in the last one?The Insider wrote:

I wouldn't take it that the Board have taken no action. It may be that particpants are now banned from boxing on Bbboc Sanctioned shows and this is now the orgsnistion in which they will be boxing for/under in the future. Perhaps someone could enlighten us to any communications that has been passed since the last promotion took place?

Well Lewis Van Poetsch fought on the York Hall show which was GBA then on the May 11th Keith Mayo show which was BBBofC licensed (I believe) so I guess that means no action has been taken at all.The Insider wrote:I wouldn't take it that the Board have taken no action. Perhaps Lewis has been called to the next area council meeting? It's a monthly event so he may have not appeared in front of them yet. This is all speculation of course and the Board may choose to do nothing again.

I guess there will always be critics of a new organisation, wait until the GBA introduce a British title

It's transpired this show is being sanctioned by our very own BBBoC. As you were gentlemen.... :-)
