What do you fellas think of him? He seems to get hit a bit too easily for my liking.

Re: Frank Buglioni
what pisses me off is that he's had 8 fights and needs imports! There are lads in this country that box for a living, never going to win titles, its their job. Fighting guys like Buglioni are their bread and butter, their electricity mortgage and council tax. In my opinion it should not be happening, fighters in this country should be chosen first. There is enough talent to test these up comers in our country so use them. Promoters should be ashamed of themselves, if this 'stiff' failed some medical this morning the promoter would be running around like a headless chicken looking for a replacement in England.

It's probably because they're cheaper! That's probably the truth to be honest. Dont agree with it though.mimmy123 wrote:what pisses me off is that he's had 8 fights and needs imports! Re: Frank Buglioni
Imports or not, what's the point in this fight? He's fighting a guy a division or two smaller who won't test him in any way. Pointless bout.

I agree.iamasadlittleboy wrote:Imports or not, what's the point in this fight? He's fighting a guy a division or two smaller who won't test him in any way. Pointless bout.
Re: Frank Buglioni

Re: Frank Buglioni
Having only 8 fights its all learning but there are guys in this country that depend on boxing to make ends meet. Its the same in all sports not just boxing. Every sportsman does not turn out to be David Beckham or Ali etc.iamasadlittleboy wrote:Imports or not, what's the point in this fight? I don't know I just think its all wrong.
Re: Frank Buglioni
He will be moved slowly, sells a lot of tickets. Not impressed with his fights so far.
Re: Frank Buglioni
Yeah but this guy is supposed to be a prospect. He's in fights that arent challenging him really *although he's still getting tagged at will*mimmy123 wrote:Having only 8 fights its all learning but there are guys in this country that depend on boxing to make ends meet. Re: Frank Buglioni
Sure it's 8 fights and we're not in Japan where after 8 fights the top prospects are fighting for world titles but any supposedly good prospect should be progressing fight after fight. You don't learn by staying at the same level.mimmy123 wrote:Having only 8 fights its all learning but there are guys in this country that depend on boxing to make ends meet. Re: Frank Buglioni
If i'm being critical he's a bit dozy and switches off too much and gets caught with silly shots..
He'll switch off against the wrong man and get floored. Not much imagination in his work either. Sorry Frank!

Considering he's sold so many tickets it really is piss-poor opposition.

I always wonder why he's always getting so much air time and why he's a ticket seller. I'm happy to be proven wrong but I just don't see it.

Re: Frank Buglioni
bollocks, Collins not live. What a waste of my evening. Glad ross Kemp is on Sky TV distracting me away from my pc screen
Re: Frank Buglioni
Watched him a few times now and the problem is he doesn't seem to be addressing his lapse in concentration/defense and gets caught with shots he shouldn't be, a KO waiting to be happen If he doesn't sort them out
Re: Frank Buglioni
He's a good looking guy so im wondering if he's a big ticket seller because of that. At the moment though im not hugely impressed.pablothunder wrote:I always wonder why he's always getting so much air time and why he's a ticket seller. I'm happy to be proven wrong but I just don't see it.
