Rankings??

Please help me to understand how the rankings work. After Jeff Page jr beat Zachariah Kelley he was ranked 57. Since then he has 2 more ko wins but is now ranked 60. One of those ko wins was over a guy that hardly nobody stops. I'm not complaining I just need help understanding this. Thanks.

Top right, next to FAQ, little magnifying glass, click search, type in rankings, read :TU:
