did anyone watch the whole copper box show nearly 8hours

Post by stevedoc »

i had to break the show up 8 hours is just to much boxing for me . what was the thinking of starting the main event at 1 am many of the fans had to leave earlier to get home as there was no public transport later on .

i understand that warren wanted to give some of his fighters a bout but the show was to long and why not stick the saunders vs ryder fight on @10 pm and show the smaller fights later .

i like ryder he looks like a real talent to me .

Make you right !!! Too long not fair on the people who had to leave for the last train. Why have Walsh v Murray early doors ?? Should of scrapped the maxwell fight maybe till after the main event.. Piss poor timings

i still haven't watched the full card. With the way that the Gavin/Barnes fight went, i was struggling to stay awake in all honesty so after Chisora i had to go to bed.

I'd have thought that Gavin/Chisora/BJS would have been from 8:30pm onwards in a row. I know we all moan about not seeing the undercards in full but you don't sacrifice showing the main events at a reasonable time. Pubs wouldn't be showing the main event at that time.

I missed the main event unfortunately. I cried myself to sleep around about the 8th round of Gavin v Barnes

I watched form Murray/Walsh until George Whatsisname then felt selfish and put on a movie and watched the main event the next day.
It was fairly gruelling but I'm not complaining.

Watched the whole show, although I didn't watch the George Kean fight properly, could have been a great show, the match ups didn't quite come off.

I worked on the show. I arrived at 3pm and left around 2am. Exhausting!

George Kean looks an exciting prospect but it's very early days. However I don't rate Mitchell Smith.

Got to agree about both. Kean looks like he is going to be a proper entertainer. As for Mitchell Smiith I think his camp need to look at his weight probably should be down at Super Bantamweight looking at his size. Can't see him making any impression at Super Feather
