It's absolutely pathetic. What is he trying to achieve? Those boys are really doing themselves no favours....

The bit about mistaking Bazza for Paul O'grady made me chuckle!!

Andy Ayling must be doing ok with Wazza if he drives a Bentley of his own.

I thought it was quite funny. I always have a chuckle when I remember Eddie scampering back out of the ring when he realised Froch's fight hadn't been waved off.

£102,000 is a frigging good purse bid I think. Much more than I expected.

Just cannot connect at all with the Warren boys. A pretty malicious undertone throughout and to be honest, their trying to be clever just doesn't work on me. Pretty much every time I read anything from them my first reaction is usually 'prick'

I think that was written by Ayling to be fair.

Yes he's W@rren's right-hand man and wrote the article.
Fair enough if he wants to take a pop at Baza, but the Michael Watson cheap shots are real low blows & hard to stomach.
That's nasty stuff & typical of their attitude to any rival promoters.

I go the other way, I feel like that with Hearn, really can't stand the man, he just looks a prick, Warren can't help it, he was born with those eyes, but Hearn does it to himself with the fake tan, sticking his finger out in every photo and the slack back haircut.

It's all a bit silly; grown men and good at what they do; does it have to be a winner take all thing? British boxing could be 'run' much better with a bit of cooperation and mutual respect shown, the pie would grow and then everyone would be happier.

I have a vision Barry Hearn turn up and start doing donuts in the car park, before hand-brake turning into an ambulance spot and head off to crash the VIP lounge.

Petty and embarrassing.

It would not have been posted if Ryder had won. Hopefully we'll see more fights between Matchroom and Queensbury but I cannot see it myself.

It's all a bit of harmless backwards and forwards fun. Don't take everything so seriously.

I found it pretty amusing myself. I kind of like seeing the needle between them as it makes things more interesting.

I prefer the Hearns for a number of reasons, one of them being who I judge to be better human beings.

I don't see much difference between the two, like all promoters they both talk shite, the only difference being that Eddie dresses it up with a pretty bow on top.

Yeah if you're going to write a tongue in check piece for laughs then fair enough, but don't use Michael Watson's accident for cheap shots.

Also you know this forum is losing it's touch when Frank no longer feels the need to employ someone to keep an eye on us :(

I like Andy Ayling. He's a character.

I remember seeing him and Dean Powell RIP and shaking both men's hands when I went to see The Who at The Forum in Kentish Town. Nice guy.

Your obsessed with the look kid, that's not my problem. I haven't yet seen a fighter complain about mistreatment from Eddie. Not seen him taken to court by a fighter, not seen him sell tickets for a show before its been agreed, not seen him fold companies owing money to people, not seen him owing money to a fighter months after the show. People who have earned that money too.

There is a lot I prefer in the Hearns, and its got nothing to do with how they look.

In expe's defense though mate, FW has been promoting for 30 plus years right? Eddie on the other hand has only been doing it for about 2 years.
