Mr P4P1 has stated his intention of dropping Freddie Mills. He has two preferences as to who should replace Freddie.
Preference One: Bob Foster
His first pick would be Bob Foster - but there is a problem here. Foster is currently frozen because he used to be Managered by Sockdolager. Socko has not commented since Week 11.
Preference Two: Sugar Ray Leonard
If he can't get Foster, he is willing to settle for Leonard.

I vote yes, let him pick up Foster in week 23. We need to keep active managers around and interested in the game. If Sock has been gone over 2 months, I don't picture him coming back......

Not sure Socko will be back, this season. He has been posting from time to time, just not active in the Sim.
Maybe someone can send him a PM, to ask him if he has any issues with this? It's all for fun, after all and the last thing anyone wants to start 'cheesing' people off.
