Going forward.....honestly embarrassed by Gibbons success.

Would like most to face Spinks after his Loss to Bivins. (Always a good sim plan to face a strong opponent who is just coming off of a loss)

But would challenge and encourage any man in the house to step up and attempt to knock Gibbons off the mountain.

Hopkins has to fight The Crumbler - his confidence is at an all-time low.

Joey Maxim will fight Beibut Shumenov. Coming off his big upset win over Hopkins, it would be a big statement to give him a thorough ass kicking this week.

RJJ v Moorer, I'm looking forward to that one.

Ketchel has been boxing out of his skin, but the mongoose may be a step too far.

Will HH now abandon Charles? As he has his other two fighters in this season.

No I won't. Here's why:

#1- No man on the sim, including Mr. Gibbons, had as many successful title defenses as Mr. Charles; by this we mean the most victories--- while Mr. Gibbons had the most draws

#2- 14 consecutive title defenses of the WBC belt is rather impressive, as is the 7 defenses of the WBO; Charles may not of proved (yet) he was the best LHW of the sim but he is clearly 2nd best

With that being said, Mr. Charles would like a shot at Jimmy Bivins.

Johnny Frankham would like to rematch Yuri Foreman.

Mr Gibbons would like to fight Mr Bivins for one of his belts. Since Bivins can not fight for his unified belts, he could take one of them in to claim all the others from Gibbons. We don't care which one.

Maybe Spinks and Ezz could tussel over the dropped one.

We like this brilliant and generous idea we have come up with.....who else likes it? HH? You like it?

Crease? FOL? Kevo? Do we all like this idea? Yeah! Sure we do. It's top drawer!

even if Bivins drops a title to fight Gibbons it would be still classified as a unification bout, wouldn't he have to drop both titles?

I see what your saying here....however many rules are waivered during the MDT....perhaps a portion of this one as well? Short of complete unification maybe would could unite all but one and get a green light. I'm open to it......

Crease will be gone.... I have an obvious conflict so I won't have a say.

Just wanting to keep it interesting.....

Maybe both champions take on long shots? Folks who would sort of be "Rocky" figures...Greb and another highly rated fighter who has not a a major shot? One that is not vying for MDT status?

If we operate in non controversial fashion we could go with that idea, as it breaks no rules.

Just stirring the pot here. Any ideas?

Joey Maxim is in the Top 15 now BoxBuzz, if he gets by Beibut Shumenov this week would you consider giving him a title shot in Week 25? He hasn't been in title contention for long, and is itching for the opportunity, but is aware as the Champion you hold all the cards.
