You know what I find messed up from usa boxing and aiba that change they made without a headgear the elites the problem I have with them is that they don't get tested for aids hepatitis the pro's get tested why not them its not fair to the kids they keep forgetting the the boxers are sexually active they need to change that...

You are perfectly correct blood work but most parents can not afford the cost which we know USA boxing will not cover after all their insurance is not what people think it is. I have seen kids with injuries where the USA Boxing didn't pay a dime so parents had to pay out of pocket one family I know paid close to $5000 for a shoulder injury in the ring.
Remenber most fighters never go to nationals and come from the lowest income families.

The Ideal would be for everyone to be tested but the reality is it will not happen.
