Old-Time Welterweight Billy McMillan history help

Looking for any info about Billy McMillan, who lost to Paddy Duffy in what many consider the first MoQ world welterweight championship fight. My sources are extremely sparse on him.

I added a few things and will add more -- he seems to be a well-educated guy, an Irishman born in ngland who fought out of DC.

He retired after Duffy died, but then, obviously, changed his mind.
