Boxers diet.

Post by King Tubby »

What would a boxer typically eat while in training for a fight? Anyone got a weeks food, for example that they could cut and paste? Cheers. :TU:

There are a few books on Boxing Diets. You should look into it on Google. I haven't read any of them, or I'd recommend them, but I know there are a few books on the subject.
