My brother let me know that my old opponent Perez is boxing for the WBA world title against Paul spadafora.now when I boxed him he was I think 9 or 10 & 0.all first round knockouts.i would rate that as one of my best achievements in my whole career as he was stupidly heavy handed & technically very very good with it.has anybody on the forum seen any of this boys work and do you think he is capable of being at the top.

Yep Perez took it on points and looked good. He's been interim World Champ twice now, just needs to try and consolidate and hold on it to it for a while. You did well to hang in there with him Johnny.
