Honestly I'd have a hard time picking him in any of these matchups . . although I don't know why you don't pick the light heavyweight Hank . . the size difference vs a 160 Hank would give Ferguson too much of an advantage.

He would have beat Iran Barkley.
Early on, Ferguson was not that bad. He seemed to get worse and worse after becoming one of the usual suspects that is on so many contender's records.
