Some guarantees should be made. The first Wlad fight and the Charr one were blatant.

I'm not entirely convinced that the Fury one's were 100% above board either; he's a game player and a strategist.

If he fights anytime soon I'm sure the Fury camp will take legal action due to loss of earnings. Haye won't really be able to argue as he will have breached contract twice for what will look like no valid reason. I want to see him back but all this ripping fans off has got to stop.. If he commits to a fight then fight stop pulling out..

As the horse horsed taffy's missus or somthing???

Haye doesn't have to worry about a British licence regardless. He is a cash cow & if you don't like it don't pay or entertain him plenty others will.
He's very un sportsman like & should honour contracts not only to the opponent but more importantly his fans & fight fans imo.

Would I buy ppv to watch him fight a klit...100% but it would probably be on the day

On what grounds would Fury be able to sue Haye? Haye pulled out of the fight due to surgery; not because he had a career ending injury. I very much doubt that either side entered into a contract that had no clause in the event of injury.

Fury wanted a clause putting in for the rearranged date. Haye refused.

Yeah, not really sure how Haye gets sued here, he had an operation unless of course he made the whole thing up with props in his gym... I also laugh when people get all worked up because Tyson spent money on a training camp, so did Haye probably three times as much. If they did fight, Fury would have probably retired on the earnings anyway.

Fury doesn’t call the shots in this fight period he was lucky to get 50%, Tyson Fury is not a PPV fighter.

If with anything Fury can prove that he has had loss of income due to Haye fabricating a Injury then he can.. If Haye is lifting weights this close after surgery then he is fabricating. Shoulder surgery for the injury he claims is 6-12 rehabilitation

Ban him? Back in training... you sound like a peed off 10 year old "Haye's walking BAN HIM NOW!"

Physiotherapy maybe?

Anyway how can you ban a man who fights every other year? Like giving Darren Anderton a 3 match ban

Is there a link or something to back this claim. Or is it a joke thread?

Rehab should not be treated as a passive endeavour. Resistance work should be introduced as early as possible in the process.
