Some guarantees should be made. The first Wlad fight and the Charr one were blatant.

On what grounds would Fury be able to sue Haye? Haye pulled out of the fight due to surgery; not because he had a career ending injury. I very much doubt that either side entered into a contract that had no clause in the event of injury.daviddee wrote:If he fights anytime soon I'm sure the Fury camp will take legal action due to loss of earnings. Haye won't really be able to argue as he will have breached contract twice for what will look like no valid reason. I want to see him back but all this ripping fans off has got to stop.. If he commits to a fight then fight stop pulling out..
Fury wanted a clause putting in for the rearranged date. Haye refused.earsjohn wrote:On what grounds would Fury be able to sue Haye? Yeah, not really sure how Haye gets sued here, he had an operation unless of course he made the whole thing up with props in his gym... I also laugh when people get all worked up because Tyson spent money on a training camp, so did Haye probably three times as much. If they did fight, Fury would have probably retired on the earnings anyway.earsjohn wrote:On what grounds would Fury be able to sue Haye? Fury doesn’t call the shots in this fight period he was lucky to get 50%, Tyson Fury is not a PPV fighter.mickey1975 wrote:Fury wanted a clause putting in for the rearranged date. Ban him? Back in training... you sound like a peed off 10 year old "Haye's walking BAN HIM NOW!"Power777 wrote:David Haye is back in training. Should be banned for his lies and bringing shame on the game?
Rehab should not be treated as a passive endeavour. Resistance work should be introduced as early as possible in the process.daviddee wrote:If Haye is lifting weights this close after surgery then he is fabricating. Shoulder surgery for the injury he claims is 6-12 rehabilitation
