Neil Marsh who is he?

Post by wrimc »

As the thread title suggests just interested in this guy I know he is manager of Martin Murray and now a number of other Liverpool prospects including Jazza Dickens, Kev Satchell and tom Stalker. Just wondering if anybody knows of him and his background he seems to have Burt's onto he scene in the past couple of months or so?

Neil manages all our pros in everton red triangle gym ( Nathan brough, Ryan farrag, jazza dickens, kevin satchell, Thomas stalker, Courtney fry and Steven Lewis ) And we are very very lucky to have him. He is a top manager with a lot of experience at domestic and world level.
Also he is always on hand whenever the lads need him. And is forever going the extra mile for his boys. Nothing is too much trouble for him. All the boys think the world of him and more importantly he thinks the world of them

I was one of the first fighters Neil signed in 2008 when he first became involved with Harrison Promotions,I'd just been K'Od by Ryan Ashworth and my then manager Tommy Conroy told me to quit.I believed I still had something left and left Tommy to sign for Neil after having a short conversations with Neil he promised me a couple of fights to get my confidence back then some form of title fight.Id one fight getting stopped on a cut(butted) then my the offer of a title fight straight after albeit a minor title (was my world title)British Masters.Neil is the most honest man I've met in th pro game and let me tell you there is some f u cking rats involved in professional boxing.I can only speak how I find but mark my words if Neil says he will do something for you he will bend over backwards to achieve it.He made me realise a dream and that was to box for a pro title.

Yes he's a good man and Money is not his motivation like with most Boxing people.Like I said before I take people as I find them and I only have nice things to say about Neil.Put it this way if I was still involved with fighters there is no other manager in the land i'd send a boxer.

Neil obviously David price is a loss to British managers like yourself, in such a weak division in terms of talent could you not steer purple aki to the British :OhYes:

Only messing it would be great if Chris walker could do a q&a with you to get some insight because I was never really aware of yourself if truth be told & I'm interested finding out more about your good self & awareness is great as I'd mention managers as warren,Hearn, booth&Marshall now! obviously the sad passing of dean powell & maloney's retirement there's room to pinch talent & you've got some great fighters which will attract more no doubt :TU:
