It was for the vacant WBA Intercontinental Bantamweight strap Alba(or was it International ) he already owns the WBA/WBO Inter-something belts at Super Flyweight so might have been that you spotted

Says in the Results it was the WBA/WBO Inter at Super Flyweight, but I'm sure it was for the WBA Intercontinental Bantamweight as you put..

Twas the new WBA mystery belt where participants fight first and then find out what belt they won afterwards.

WBA Inter-Continental Bantamweight, moved up to target Hall, although there was the suggestion Nieva hadn't bothered to make weight from the commentary team, don't know whether that was at Super Fly or Bantam though. Although to be fair it's down as a TKO 3, when it was a KO 4 on his page, so it may have been the International belt, doubt it really matters which of the two it is.
