I find that quite often the domestic level fights are actually tougher than the european one's. It all depends on who you get matched with at the end of the day.

I thought Prado didnt want to know about round 6 and I thought Barry should have taken him out between 6-8.

Personally think Quigg or Frampton would have got Prado out of there in the first half of a fight.

Hopefully a significant step up next time out on channel 5

For Al Bernstein being one of the most recognisable faces/voices in world boxing he can't half talk poo,Galahad,s a good fighter butt Al was talking like he was second coming of Willie Pep,he kept gettin tagged with right hands throughout,I like Bernstein and its good that someone of his stature keeps coming over here 4 Hennesey shows but I get the feeling he,s blowing smoke up our arse

Nice to have boxing on the TV and on Saturday night as well but the Galahad-Prado fight was fairly ho-hum. Prado actually looked less of a threat than Jazza Dickens and although the guy was brave and tried a few things.....it seemed like a fairly easy route to the European belt for KG.

Nice to have boxing on the TV and on Saturday night as well but the Galahad-Prado fight was fairly ho-hum. Prado actually looked less of a threat than Jazza Dickens and although the guy was brave and tried a few things.....it seemed like a fairly easy route to the European belt for KG.

He was much less of a threat than Jazza. Jazza is a very, very good fighter.

Galahad won a bigger title by actually beating a lesser opponent and I think he will give Dickens the bodyswerve, precisely because he knows how dangerous and good he is.

Title's currently vacant and the tournament semi finals are in 7 weeks, so it's possible they might bring over an African for a keep busy fight, definitely not out of the question.

I think the current version of Casey is no more of a step up than Jazza Dickens.

Bernstein's hyperbole notwithstanding, i have been very impressed with Galahad's improvement and growing maturity.

his style has gradually settled down becoming much more efficient and pro-style, he switches stances with as much dexterity as anyone I've seen, what i lvoe about his switches are he almost always seems to get offensive benefits straight after switching, he doesn't just switch like some Ingle fighters seemed to, to kill time or because they ran out of ideas, he seems to switch with specific tactics in mind which he then pulls off effectively over and over again.

unlike a lot of switch-hitters his jab is equally effective from either side and he uses it as regularly from either side.

very impressed with his footwork and his head movement.

i said to my mate the other night, we will see just how good he is, i hope, stick him in with a decent Mexican, I'd pay to be there.

or actually good old Kiko, i don't suppose Hennessy can afford to get him over/he's got bigger things on his plate and Galahad's career path isn't quite in synch with Kiko's. but i think stylewise Galahad would look brilliant against the Spaniard.
