Braking Nooze: Courts impose stay on proceedings.

Post by BoxBuzz »

Both the WBC and WBA sanctioning simbodies have been enjoined by the court magistrate, and are now under the explicit directive of the court. The court directs that these two championship belts should, and will be handed over without delay to the GBP fighter in each of these cases, and the fights are not to take place.

In each of these cases, the court finds that the underskilled novice pugilists scheduled to oppose the GBP combatants will experience undue hardship and trauma by participating in such competition. The court further finds, that for GBP to cavalierly be allowed to impose such trauma would be considered both cruel and unusual punishment. The court finds that it is in the public's best interest, that these belts be surrendered heretofore, as to minimize harm and risk, both to the non GBP hapless participants, and to the public at large. Public executions of this nature are both graphic, barbaric, and unsettling to those who would be exposed to such heinous cruelty. As such, the court rules the matches must be quashed.

That is all.
