The Wiki entry for the Marvin Hagler-Willie The Worm Monroe 2 fight attributed to George Kimball gets the stoppage wrong. Kimball describes the KO:
His confidence bolstered by the earlier win, The Worm agreed to travel to Boston to meet Hagler on his turf. This time Hagler didn't leave it to the judges. In the final round of a twelve-round fight, Hagler caught Monroe with a right uppercut followed by a straight left and knocked him out cold. Goody Petronelli would forevermore describe the combination as 'the Willie Monroe Punch.'
What really happened is that Hagler landed a right followed by a straight left and Monroe went down on his face. He got up and Hagler was all over him, raining punches. The ref jumped in and stopped it and Monroe turned and walked back to his corner on wobbly legs. He was not knocked out cold.
