From what I hear he's not done much worth taping.

Ask allegedly - he must have seen tapes as he's tried his very best to pick the safest opponent he can.

Yeah. But I'd also like to see for myself how bad this guy is.

Nice one Dutch Windmill, thanks. It's a novelty finally being able to see a foreign Hatton opponent before fight night.

So how exactly is this guy a valid opponent? All he does is double up with a left jab that is hardly penetrating, and only slightly snappy. The wild swinging with the right and left, photogenic as it is, is never the sign of a big-hitter (which must have been one of the appeals to SN), though his right cross looked decent (the right lead was woeful). As for his defence, it looks basic at best with little to none head movement and a blocking posture that was wide open to body/head combos (another one of the appeals to SN, no doubt).

A disgrace. Hatton should have been fighting this guy a year, or even two years ago. All my suspicions about The Hatton Project were confirmed during Mitchell's post-fight interview with Sky that April night. Like Kevin Mitchell, and all the other SN frauds, I'm gonna take a break from caring about Hatton and co. until that day they fight a competitive fight. Calzaghe, despite being an arsehole, deserves attention for his next fight, though.

No, I think Bennie means to simply place the tape on top of his TV set and ... watch it sit there.

The sad thing is, that will still be more exciting than watching Hatton fight Vilches. At least there will be SOME suspense... I mean the rumble of a passing lorry might slightly jostle the videotape, which might fall over on its side, or (gasp!) slide completely off the TV and onto the floor.

No problem, Have you heard of Young Mutley he's quietly blasting through the light welters and has just won the English Title,

Strong as an ox, maybe one to watch.
