There are 2 clear front runners to me. I think you can all guess what they are!

For me. As spectacular as Terry McGovern dispatching the highly feared Eder Jofre out in 1 round was.

I don't think it compares to Manny Pacquiao pulling victory out in the last round, when he was facing certain defeat in only a few more minutes time. He put Herman to sleep with a DEVASTATING uppercut, and he scored the Knockout of the Week in my book!

Gentlemen, I respectfully disagree... Jofre has been on an amazing run of form, as undoubtedly is the Number One fighter in the Sim.

To defeat him when he's on a roll, is a great achievement.... To finish him within a single round.

HISTORIC!

9nd I would have said the same thing if he was anyone else's fighter)

Crease I take nothing away from how magnificent McGovern's achievement was. It was indeed as good of a result as one can possibly hope for in their career, but at the same time.

What's more amazing than somebody pulling off a KO (not TKO, but 10 count KO) victory when they're down all cards and on their way to losing a very wide Unanimous decision. To a guy (Pete Herman) who has been one of the best of the best this season. All season long.

I wouldn't argue with anybody making a pick either way. These 2 KO's are about as Award worthy as it gets, but for me personally the Pacquiao KO and the "It's either Knock him out or Lose" nature of it makes it that much more dramatic and spectacular.

Both are absolutely spectacular victories!!!! Nobody should feel any shame regardless of how the voting goes. Both of you has Gold around his waist to show for his respective KO.

There should only be 2 fight nominees this week IMO. Wow, this has to be the hardest decision in FOTW history! I went with McGovern v Jofre just coz of how early Jofre got sparked. Pacman v Herman was effing awesome too, I did not see that coming!! Congrats to all the camps involved.

The Poll ended up tie, in this instance the tie breaking vote rests with me, and I have to award it to...

Manny Pacquiao KO 15 Pete Herman

Congratulations to Manny Pacquiao and his manager DetroitHxC

....and my apologies to Crease. It was right on the heels of this one, and as far as the accomplishment and significance of the victory. I think it gets no better than McGovern's win over Jofre. I just think that Pac's KO of Herman was the more spectacular KO.

Tough, Tough Call this week.
