I gotta tell yinz, that was the best well spent bread on a boxing card I ever shelled out.
Tyson Enterprises did 1 hell of a card last Friday at the CONSOL. The venue was real
nice looking. Not a bad seat nowhere. Onto the fights that I seen:
-I was impressed with this kid calling himself the Magician. Eberhardt from Wilkinsburg beat some tough MMA guy. Eberhardt looked smaller, but almost had the other kid out of there. They said Eberhardt fought 2 weeks before. I like his ballsyness.
-Some Ukraine kid wearing a Mean Joe Green jersey. Tyson Enterprises backs this kid. He's legit. He iced some 17-1 brother from Detroit in 1 round. This kid is an animal and I want to see him fight again!
-Monty Clay VS some tough Mexican kid. This was a brutal war. I loved this fight. Personally I think ref Steigerwald stopped it too early. That was a homer local ref call….but Im glad the pugilist from Rankin got it. I didn't think that fight could be out done then came the Main Event:
-I rave bout Vasquez all the time. If any of yinz know of where they sell posters of Vasquez…please tell me. I'm putting it up in my living room. This kid is a blood and guts…balls to the wall warrior. This 21-0 kid Stevenson was no joke. He came to win. He was game and dangerous throughout but Sammy beat the living sh*t out of him. Despite getting a nasty cut. That irish local cut man did a great job. Vasquez got a great corner. Sammy is gonna be a world champ. All of yinz that talk smack on me for saying this will be swinging from Sammy's nads in about a year or so. The kid is the real deal!
