Hatton & Calzaghe press conference
Hatton & Calzaghe press conference
Should be interesting to see Hatton and Warren together after Hatton went public with his career frustrations. Real Deal is going to film it on a camcorder (as well as take photos).
Does anyone know details of the press conference(s)?

Re: Hatton & Calzaghe press conference
Hattons apparent dissastifaction with Warren reminds me of Nigel Benn's dissatisfaction with the promoter in the late 1980's after he beat Umaru Sanda at the Royal Albert Hall.bennie wrote:Should be interesting to see Hatton and Warren together after Hatton went public with his career frustrations. Benn Said something like "I want to get on in the game, not fighting these mexicans and americans nobody has heard of. I want the big fights, Watson, Herol Graham, Roberto Duran".
He left Warren and went with Ambrose Mendy who, to his cedit got the Watson match made.
I wonder if history will repeat itself?

Yes, Benn did the right thing in dumping Burt McCarthy, who ruined several good fighters by suddenly overmatching them after a series of soft touches, Errol Christie for one classic example.knockout artist wrote:Hattons apparent dissastifaction with Warren reminds me of Nigel Benn's dissatisfaction with the promoter in the late 1980's after he beat Umaru Sanda at the Royal Albert Hall.bennie wrote:Should be interesting to see Hatton and Warren together after Hatton went public with his career frustrations.
