Patrick J Maxwell v David Walker (Who would win and why?)
I spoke to Patrick at the recent Reading show, and suggested that this would be an excellent match for him, as it is a very winnable fight for him, which would raise his profile considerably.
He then asked Mick Hennessy about the fight who allegedly said "no chance"
I dont blame him. I think Maxwell would KO Walker inside of three rounds.
What do you fellas think?

Maxwell is a banger but he's yet to prove he's more than a good 'on top' fighter. Certainly, the loss to Jason Collins doesn't look good on paper (though Collins was in form at the time).
Personally, I wouldn't like to see Walker in with a dangerman like Maxwell. I wouldn't like to see Walker in with anyone anymore.

The only time i have seen Maxwell is against Andy Halder and that wasn't a very good look seen as it only lasted a few seconds. Walker looked shot the other night against Kevin Phelan and struggled badly, the loss to Karmazin may have taken a lot out of him but certainly he is a guy who has been in a lot of wars that have taken there toll him long term.
8 Fights in 5 years ,thats 1.6 fights per year!
So who cares if he could beat walker or not? he is not consistent enough or reliable enough to promote, and I saw him at the reading show a few weeks back, looked like he had been run over by a bus.I guess he must have harder spars in the gym than actual fights.
P J Maxwell, drinkwater whatever hes crap end of

I think he's a good fighter.
Good puncher, very strong and on top of it all he's a gentleman.
