Sturm hired a guy from former Soviet Union who trained Golovkin in Germany:

I do not think anything at this stage could turn Sturm into a ko machine.

That was a joke. That trainer was actually telling Golovkin to calm down and not to kill his opponent (at least I heard it in Khomitsky fight).
