Womens boxing title fights 10x2

What do you think of Professional Female boxers can fight a maximum of 10 x 2 minute rounds for title fights (20 Minutes of Boxing, if the fight goes the distance).

Should women fight 3 minute rounds and up to 12 rounds like men?.

If so why, if not why?.
