Hagler vs Minter - Weigh In Story

I remember in a distant, cobwebbed corner of my convoluted mind a story about the weigh-in of this fight. I have googled it and I cannot find any references to the story and I do not remember where I heard it...or if it actually happened.

It goes something along the likes of : -

Hagler didn't make the weight on his first attempt and was 1/2 pound over. On the second try he was still overweight and proceeded to remove his pants and stand there butt naked. A reporter looked at the naked Hagler up and down, focusing on his manhood and was heard to say 'now we know where the extra half pound was' ...

Hagler made the weight...

Anyone remember this....
