Bit of a guess really, but is there a difference between work and non-work visas?

Towers could be there on a non-work visa for training etc but if he wanted work (fight or perhaps be sparring partner) it might be different.

I think you'll find Martins problems are worse because he lied on the green forms when he went over for Hatton fights and the Yanks see that as worse.
