Women boxers who have had boob jobs

i have a female boxer who's had a boob job. There's little on the net about this but I did read one thing about a girl getting banned for having had one. Is there any protective gear she can wear and if so what's the best one? She's only having one charity fight but she's done really well getting ready for it so it would be a shame for her not to be able to do it
