The one I'd mention isn't British, but Hideyuki Ohashi appears to be as good as anyone in the sport at it. Heck he turned an 8-0 kid into one of the most spoken about fighters in world boxing at the end of last year and appears to have 2 more prospects on the verges of world title bouts.
