It wasn't removed it was just merged with a topic in Off-Topic.

I agree though, i really hope it gets changed back, i find it annoying as hell, I reckon others will to and activity levels will start to drop off. It' a real pain to use, even now i'm looking at smilies over to the right instead of the left, it's ridiculous.

The thread in Off-Topic doesn't have the poll which was clearly showing that people don't like the new look.

Everyone is complaining. The only people who aren't complaining are the people that are responsible for this ugliness.

I had nothing to do with it and I'm perfectly happy with it, took me about half an hour to get used to the new layout and now it's fine.

I had to vote along party lines for many years when I lived in the Soviet Union. Now I am enjoying voting against even though it has little effect

There was nothing wrong with the new look forum, so why has it changed back to its old format?

Just because a select few people embellish their sentiments by saying it looks “much worse”, they should have at least been forced to make an effort to eloquently articulate the precise reasons for their opinion, before reverting it back to the previous look.

Some people are compelled to constantly b*tch and moan in a random spontaneous manner, much akin to a mild form or keyboard Tourette’s syndrome… without having any real justification whatsoever for their complaints!

No it was changed back because the new one stunk almost as bad as your posts. It had all kind of impracticalitys such as poster name/info on right instead of left. Unclear borders separating posts etc.

1) User control panel
2) Board Preferences
3) Board Style-old style

I have about as much technical talent as the average house pet, but I got it, thanks boxrec for the option.

The new layout looks much better. The functionality took a little bit of getting used to. But I think it is vastly superior.

I don't like it. When you search new posts it doesn't tell you who posted last now.
