1. LOL, a guy who has fought a bunch of nobodies at the top of someone's P4P list, this shows us how boxing fans have fallen in regards to following this sport.Ian1973 wrote:1 Golovkin

2. More deserving of being ahead of 3G
3. LOL, he's #1 on nearly everyone's list has beaten far more credible opponents than GGG and has beaten 25 or so champions
4. I have no problem with Kovalev because he's fighting and beating everyone decisively and he is underrated on his boxing skills.
5. Rigo should be miles ahead of GGG because he is highly skilled and proven
6. Deserves to be at least #2 or #3, I don't even need to discuss his track record
7. Thurman, I don't think he has made it yet but he is high on the rise
8. Needs to be higher, is consistently proving himself without a shadow of a doubt
9. Probably shouldn't be here if Ward isn't
10.Marquez should definitely be higher than 3G and Froch but I guess it's your list so I'll get off of you for now.

Re: What is your P4P top 10 now?
Before arguing on boxers' standings, posters need to agree if this list is a resume competition or it is based on our perception of boxers' abilities.
If it is resume based, it should be close to the boxrec P4P list with Mayweather, Klitchko and Pacquiao on top. If it is based on our opinions, then it will vary widely, but there is no point of arguing about what fighters did 5-10 years ago. Here is my OPINION (not resume based):
1. Mayweather
2. Klitchko
3. Golovkin
4. Ward
5. Rigondeaux
6. Kovalev
7. Pacquiao
8. Gonzalez
9. Inoue
10. Thurman/Crawford/Walters

A mixture of both I'd say but more on who would beat who NOW if everyone were same weight.
All subjective, I accept.

It matters, otherwise you wouldn't have bothered to respond the first time, admit your list is the most garbage list of all time. You need to follow another sport because you suck at this one.Ian1973 wrote:No, nothing that you say matters, sorry. Talk to someone else.

Interesting. Garcia at 4? Also do you really think Froch would beat Kovalev? Stevenson above Golovkin?

distant 4+, in pretty much any order: Marquez / Kovalev / Bradley / Klitchko / Cotto / Canelo / Rigo / Gonzalez
