I remember seeing somewhere years ago that Emmanuel steward wrote a book on boxing all aspects of training fighting etc.
Having searched the internet high and low Google eBay and amazon etc I can t find any books or dvds he has written been in. I remember it centred around the kronk gym etc
Did he do any DVDs ?
