Carl Froch Documentary ITV4

Post by Stuarty »

Just channel flicking and seen this has just started. Didn't know it was on or if it's been on before. Could catch it on +1 at 11pm.

She's a classy girl...

I'm a fan of Carl but I find the third person references a little tiresome. His ego must be hard work!

Shame they didn't chat to his top level opponents. Would have been good to hear from them on what it's like to fight Froch.

He does go on a bit but he's had a phenomenal career and deserves to blow his own trumpet a bit. I didn't used to like him as I was a big Calzaghe fan but he's won me over. I still think Joe would have beaten him comfortably at the time the fight was being mooted. At that time Joe was flying and Carl had only really fought domestic level opposition. To go from that to Calzaghe would've been too big a jump in class. Sure it would've been a good fight though.

Right - do you think he gets up in the morning and says:

"Carl Froch would like eggs, beans and toast when you're ready Rachael.... And afterwards Carl Froch would like a blow job."

I like him, but he is a funny one.

Saw a programme with Joe not so long ago when he admitted he would never beat him on points, and "his only hope" would be catching him and getting a stoppage. Now last night he says he'd definitely beat him.

WTF was the guitar about, that was pure David Brent

I've heard he's asked her if she knows how lucky she is to be sharing a bed with an international superstar. She then got Cobra'd and he said in the pillow talk afterwards that she was a proud warrior for taking it.

Always be wary of a man who keeps paintings of himself up in the house. Very, very strange.

The bloke is a Class A knob. So, so unlikeable, in a sport full of unlikeable people, I dislike him more than anyone ever (with maybe the exception of Junior Witter).
