I can't identify him or read Thai so I'm hoping someone on here can.

From what my buddy says the Filipino in the photograph is Danilo Gabisay

Think I found someone who did, seems that the fighter is Saenganan Sithsaithong... Got to admit it's not what I'd expect him to look like given his listed age on here.
