Disappointing ending for Duran, but good run in the tourney. Thought with his punch output and having some really huge rounds (Could have had 2 or 3 10-8's without a knockdown), he might have gotten the edge. Lost a few rounds late in a row that lead to his demise.

I was surprised Floyd got the decision, there were some rounds I felt like he was getting pummeled but these seemed to be the only rounds the judges were scoring for Duran, most of the close rounds went to Mayweather and he managed to make Duran miss over 100 punches/round so maybe that is what the judges saw. 2 judges had round 8 10-8 while the other kept it at 10-9 and I agree with you geto another 10-8 round wouldn't have been a bad call in a couple of those rounds.
