Pac Doing Fine With "Self-Rehab"

Post by koolkc107 »

Here's an injury update for you Pac fans.

Seems Flappy Bob is not amused by Manny missing a doctor's appointment in order to try and save a woman from getting her dome lopped off.

"I respect Bob Arum. He's just like a father to me. I believe he's just voicing out his concern (for) me and I appreciate it. I don't take it negatively," Pacquiao said in a statement.

"But he has nothing to worry about (regarding) my injury. I'm doing the rehab myself. I'm recovering faster than expected."

and

"Pacquiao did not say if he was receiving medical advice or treatment from another doctor but said his situation was improving, adding: "I can now raise my right arm."

“As far as I’m concerned he’s not an active fighter,” said Arum, adding that Pacquiao had “not been acting very professionally.”

Pacquiao is such a a lying little piece if shit.. he can finally raise his arm? doesn't he realize he raised his arms at the end of the Floyd fight like nothing was wrong.. I always knew he was fake as shit on camera with his broken english and smiles.. but since Floyd embarrassed him, he's become obvious and compulsive with the lying.. smdh

And I got my posts deleted when I said that both Floyd and Manny were
pieces of crap. I said it before the fight and I'll continue to say it.
Floyd is at least a transparent piece of crap.
Manny tries to cover it up.

Yeah, that line about being able to raise his arm had me chuckling a bit.

Dude threw bunches of punches with the "injured" shoulder.

And yeah, he raised his arms in victory right after the final bell with, not a grimace, but a huge grin on his face.

Never once during the fight did he complain about the shoulder either.

But hey, his doctors knows better than I so who am I to question, right?

This self-rehab though?

Sounds a lot like a guy who never had a problem in the first place...IJS

I never for a second believed the horseshite about the injury.

Clearly just said to squeeze a few more fights out of him, and keep him relevant, most likely they will try and angle for a rematch.

I've a horrible feeling they will wheel him out again for Floyd's 50th fight.

Yeah i have my doubts about the original injury. However if he did have a minor surgery to repair a tear you have to keep it in place and it takes a LONG time to recover.

Even just keeping immobile for a few weeks it takes ages to build back up to active strength, then you have the possibility / probabililty of reinjury. I know from personal experience.

I wouldnt be surprised if pac never fights again and reinjures it in training.

I re-watched the Kellerman interview post fight, and he gave Manny every opportunity to say something, anything, about his injury - why was it that you didn't throw punches like he you normally do? No mention about his shoulder at all. No mention or complaints at all during the fight in his corner. He went from saying he won the fight then, to giving excuses of why he lost in the post fight conference. I think he was reminded by someone in-between those two interviews about his shoulder.

I know that.

The amusing part is that he was able to raise it quite well before the surgery too.
