2 Options http://boxrec.com/index.php Date or Locations
Also people. Enter the boxer's name, which will bring up his name, clicking on it brings-up his record, then you can view the whole card - top right corner

One of the things I like most about the new Boxrec interface is it doesn't look too out of place on my PC when I'm at work and people are less likely to notice I am goofing off.

Queston: How do you get rid of the Smilies?? If I can remove them I can work even more incognito.

This new version of boxrec is rediculous! It's very frustrating, that it can go from being the most SIMPLE site to navigate, to this version, where you pretty much can't do anything! I use to love coming onto boxrec and looking up events to see who's got fights coming up. Now I can't even do that!

I fail to understand you. What's wrong viewing schedule. If following certain boxers, under their profile click on Watch. From then on simply click on Watching on top of the page
You need to login, same as in Forum

The features seem to be all there. Just a matter of getting familiar with how they work.

What I have found is the quickest and easiest way to find a particular boxer is type into Google: boxrec and then the boxer's name. So if you are looking for Billy Dib type into Google: boxrec Billy Dib.

Whats wrong with this function under People? http://boxrec.com/people?role=boxer
In former site if searching for active Fred Smith you'd get a list of every frigging Fred Smith on planet earth

Nothing wrong with it. But if you aren't even in Boxrec at the time and wanting to search for a boxer, the quickest way is to simply type boxrec followed by the boxer's name into Google.

You get exactly who you want straight away.

That is what I've been doing. What pisses me off, is when I try to look for upcoming events, to see who is fighting on what cards and where? On the old site, I could just search by location, and see who's fighting on what cards.

Location was handy tool for editors when updating or inserting results on particular card. I think that's the reason we had it.

if u put the cursor on location choose commission and then select Australia and choose all commissions, it shows all of them on one page still.

Yup, that's another quick way to view who's fighting in NSW, Vic etc etc

When I got time on my hands, I better go thru my Watch list. I must have at least 100 of them & some hadn't fought for 2+ years

Its a shame that ...fans have to go to Wikipedia to find fight information ..instead here at Boxrec..the new interface suuuuuucccks BIG TIME .important info like number fights..fighter weight, opponents weight are nowhere to be found..this is a big disservice to boxing fans, who have depended on Boxrec for years to provide accurate and ppertinint information...Pleas change the romat back to previous or at least provide the pertinint content on this new interface...I shouldn't have to go to Wikipedia to find info
