Incorrect Rating Calculation for Karo Murat

According to BoxRec calculations, if a fighter doesn't fight anyone within 18 months (or someone who is ranked at least 1/2 of their rating within 18 months) then their rating drops.

However with Karo Murat, it seems his rating dropped from 135 points to 67 points in just 12 months after fighting Bernard Hopkins.

I believe it's 18 months without beating someone with half of their own Boxrec points or more, at the time of the fight
