Another Inoue set to debut on December 29th

Hiroki Inoue apparently has to past a test bout later this month before his debut. The 23 year old is cousin of the two well known Inoue's and is also trained by their father.

Likely to debut in a 6 rounder at 140 (give or take a pound or two)
